These CMs confirm their attendance

Several Chief Ministers from across the nation have confirmed their participation in this illustrious gathering. The list includes prominent leaders such as Nitish Kumar of Bihar, Hemant Soren from Jharkhand, Mamata Banerjee representing West Bengal, MK Stalin from Tamil Nadu, Arvind Kejriwal representing Delhi, and Bhagwant Mann from Punjab, among others.

Special transport arrangements and VVIP movement

To ensure the smooth arrival of all invited guests, special transport arrangements have been orchestrated. Invited dignitaries are requested to assemble at the Parliament House tomorrow at a quarter to six in the evening, from where they will be transported to Bharat Mandapam and back. This meticulous planning takes into account VVIP movement and traffic restrictions in the capital.

Gala venue and itinerary

The G20 gala dinner is set to unfold at the multi-function hall of Bharat Mandapam, situated within the revamped India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO) complex at Pragati Maidan in Delhi, boasting a substantial seating capacity. The evening will feature a brief cultural program alongside the lavish dinner.

PM Modi’s hosting duties

Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the gracious host, will personally welcome leaders from all participating countries at the venue. He will also play host during a working lunch scheduled for Saturday.

A grand Summit in place

This grand summit will see over 40 delegations led by presidents, prime ministers, and foreign ministers, as well as international organizations represented by their secretary generals or executive directors. Each delegation, on average, comprises 150 to 200 individuals, encompassing security personnel, media representatives, catering staff, and more. This massive assembly is expected to draw nearly 10,000 attendees to Bharat Mandapam over the weekend.
