Dwarka Expressway Gets Smarter! India’s First AI-Powered Traffic Management System Launched- Details Inside

Developed by IHMCL (Indian Highways Management Company Ltd) and implemented by NHAI, the project covers a total of 56.46 kilometres.

To make the journey safer and enhance the highways, the first Advanced Traffic Management System has been implemented on the Dwarka Expressway.

Under this system, it utilizes AI, sensors, and real-time data to improve road safety. Dwarka Expressway is the third route that directly connects Delhi to Gurugram.

The length of the Dwarka Expressway is 29 kilometres. It starts from Shiv Murti on National Highway 8 and goes till the outskirts of Gurugram.

With this expressway, travel becomes easier for people heading towards Gurugram and the Indira Gandhi International Airport.

Earlier, on December 13, the Delhi government’s Directorate of Education (DoE) had issued a circular directing all government, government-aided, and recognised private schools under DOE, NDMC, MCD, and Delhi Cantonment Board to conduct classes in a hybrid mode for students up to Class IX and XI.
