Pune: Another murky layer has been added to the Pune Porsche accident case where a drunken 17-year-old boy allegedly rammed and killed two technicians with his bike. Police sources reveal that the doctor who helped exchange the accused’s blood samples provided the same “service” to several other people through a network of intermediaries.
Dr. Ajay Tawade, head of Sassoon Hospital’s forensic department, who was arrested and is in custody in connection with the case, is one of the doctors who allegedly swapped the minor’s blood samples with her mother’s blood samples for ensure that the final report did not contain alcohol.

Pune Crime Branch sources told NDTV that their investigation revealed that this was not the first time Dr Tawade had done something like this.
