In an unusual gesture of devotion and celebration, a devotee who visited the Mahakaleshwar Temple in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh, offered a garland worth around $200 to Baba Mahakaleshwar. The garland was an expression of gratitude and jubilation on the victory of Donald Trump in the presidential election of the United States.

The devotee, whose identity remains anonymous, believed divine power favoured Trump’s win and sought blessings the blessings of the god in the temple. The Mahakaleshwar Temple, dedicated to Lord Shiva, is one of the 12 Jyotirlingas in India and holds immense religious significance for devotees worldwide.
