Witnesses has told officials that the situation escalated when Choudhary attempted to take her phone, resulting in minor bruises to Mishra’s hand. This prompted the Deputy Chief Minister to call upon female police constables to assist in escorting her out of the office.

After the incident, Mishra claimed she had been assaulted and sought medical attention at SMHS Hospital. In a show of restraint, Choudhary also decided not to pursue any action against Mishra for her disruptive behavior during the meeting.
