Delhi Weather: The people of the national capital on Thursday woke up to a pleasant morning as the minimum temperature of the city settled at 15 degrees Celsius, according to the India Meteorological Department (IMD).
However, the weather department predicted that the Capital will witness a maximum temperature of 30 degrees Celsius with a partly cloudy sky which will become mainly clear sky towards the afternoon.

On Wednesday, the minimum temperature of the capital settled at 13 degrees Celsius, two notches below the average for this time of the year, while Safdarjung, which is considered a Delhi base station reported a maximum temperature of 31.4 degrees Celsius, three notches above than the normal for this season, as per IMD.

As per the IMD, no rain is expected for the next six days and the sky will be partly clouded till March 19.

While informing about the coming days, IMD predicted warm weather in the coming week.
“On March 15, strong winds will surface the national capital as the minimum temperature will settle at 14 degrees Celsius and the maximum temperature will be 29 degrees Celsius”, it stated.

For March 16, the weather department predicted that the capital will witness the party cloudy sky with the minimum temperature settling at 13 degrees Celsius and the maximum temperature rising up to 30 degrees Celsius, predicted IMD.
As per the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB), the AQI of Delhi settled 189 which falls under the ‘moderate’ category at 6.30 am on Thursday.
