Delhi Pollution Update: GRAP 3 Measures Lifted As Rainfall Brings Air Quality Relief

Rain lashed on several parts of the national capital on Saturday, January 11, 2025, making the air getting clean. The blanket of fog that has covered the region in Delhi-NCR has been removed.

The third stage of the Graded Response Action Plan has been revoked by the Commission for Air Quality Management. This move by the Commission for Air Quality Management came after there was improvement in air quality in the national capital.

After the restrictions which come under the stage 1 and 2 of the GRAP will remain in effect. These restrictions were put in the region to tackle with the pollution level in Delhi-NCR.

The air quality of the Delhi-NCR region was 284, which comes under the poor category. The IMD has predicted a clear sky on January 13 and 14. As per the India Meteorological Department (IMD) there was rise in minimum temprature in the city up to 2°C in the last 24 hours.
