The post introduced the concept of a “Cell Block Party,” humorously implying that anyone caught causing a nuisance on New Year’s Eve will be spending their celebrations in prison. An official further explained, “Cell Block Party? It means you’ll enjoy New Year’s in prison,” emphasizing that the police are taking all necessary steps to ensure safety and prevent any untoward incidents.

Additionally, the police assured citizens that transportation facilities would be available in the form of red and blue beacon SUVs, hinting at police intervention for those breaking the law. The police also reminded everyone that they would be using speed cameras to monitor and capture violations.

This creative approach by the Delhi Police aims to make sure that revelers enjoy the festivities responsibly while being fully aware of the legal consequences of any unlawful behavior.
