The individual in the Spiderman costume has been identified as Aditya, a 20-year-old from Najafgarh. Meanwhile, the driver of the vehicle has been identified as 19-year-old Gaurav Singh, who resides in Mahavir Enclave.

Both the vehicle owner and the driver have been charged with dangerous driving, operating without a pollution certificate, and failing to wear a seatbelt.

According to a statement from the Delhi Traffic Police, they are currently facing a maximum fine of Rs 26,000 and/or imprisonment. Upon receiving a social media complaint about a Scorpio car, the Delhi Traffic Police promptly took action.

The Delhi Traffic Police emphasized that reckless behavior will not be tolerated, and strict action will be taken against offenders to uphold the law and protect lives. They urged citizens to promptly report any instances of dangerous driving or traffic violations. Public cooperation is crucial for maintaining road safety and ensuring smooth traffic flow in the city.
