Shah took a jibe at the Congress party in the parliament saying that they are not making any amendments to Constitution in order to bring emergency.

Shah said that the Congress has no right to speak on the matter of democracy.

While Shah was speaking, he was intruded by the Congress national president objecting the statement made by the Union Home Minister.

Shah told Kharge that they have peacefully listened while the opposition was speaking.

The Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi (Amendment) Bill, 2023, grants the Central Government the power to make rules related to the affairs of Delhi’s government, including the functions, terms, and conditions of service for officers and employees.
