Delhi-NCR AQI LIVE: Nearly three months after residents of Delhi-NCR endured hazardous air conditions, the Delhi government’s multiple anti-pollution measures have shown limited results. The Air Quality Index (AQI) continues to swing between the ‘severe’ and ‘severe plus’ categories. On Wednesday (December 24), the overall AQI stood at 366 at 5 am, with several pollution hotspots crossing the 400 mark. At the same time, dense fog has covered the city as winter deepens. Delhi recorded a morning temperature of 9°C, expected to increase slightly during the day.

Low visibility caused by fog and smog has disrupted flight operations, leading the Delhi Airport to issue a travel advisory for passengers flying today.
