The weather department predicts good rain in Delhi today and tomorrow. Today’s maximum temperature in Delhi can be around 38 degrees, and the minimum can be around 30 degrees. Yesterday, the sky was overcast, which caused the temperature to drop by about 4 degrees.
The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a heavy showers alert for Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Bihar, Rajasthan, Uttarakhand, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Maharashtra, Punjab, Haryana, Jammu and Kashmir, and Himachal Pradesh. Rain may also occur in Meghalaya, Gujarat, Goa, West Bengal, Sikkim, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, and Assam.

The Meteorological Department reports that many cities across the country will experience heavy rainfall until July 16. Rain will continue during this period in West Bengal, Sikkim, Bihar, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Odisha, Goa, Konkan, Maharashtra, Kerala, Mahe, Lakshadweep, Karnataka, Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, Yanam, Telangana, Marathwada, Rayalaseema, Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, and Karaikal.
Bihar is experiencing heavy rainfall this monsoon season. The rivers, including the Ganga and Kosi, are overflowing and have flooded many homes, causing panic among residents. Women are performing rituals to calm the rivers. Meanwhile, lightning strikes have resulted in the deaths of 28 people in the last two days. The weather department has issued an orange alert for rain in more than 10 districts of Bihar today, while a yellow alert is in place for the remaining districts.
