In a tragic incident in Delhi’s Gandhinagar area, a 42-year-old man named Lalit Mohan took his own life after enduring months of harassment from a financier. Before committing suicide, Lalit recorded a live video, revealing the torment he had been going through, which has now shocked his family and the local community.

According to Lalit’s family, the main reason for his suicide was a loan he took out in 2014. Lalit borrowed 50,000 rupees from a financier named Sanjeev Jain. Over time, however, the interest on the loan grew excessively. The family claims that the 50,000 rupee loan eventually turned into a debt of 10 lakh rupees. The constant pressure and harassment from the financier, who kept demanding repayment, caused Lalit significant mental stress and anguish. Despite his efforts to repay the loan, the growing amount made it impossible for him to manage, leading to his tragic decision.

Lalit Made A Video Before Suicide

Before ending his life, Lalit made a heartbreaking video, which was recorded at around 5:30 PM on the 22nd. In the video, he explained his financial troubles, stating that the original loan he took in 2014, for 50,000 rupees, had incresed to 10 lakh rupees due to the high-interest charges imposed by the financier. Lalit mentioned that he had been constantly harassed by the lender, which affected his mental health. His video made it clear that too much pressure from the financier had pushed him to do this, he saw no way out, and ended his life

Police Investigation

After Lalit’s suicide, his family reported the incident to the police. The police have started a full investigation to understand the harassment and financial abuse Lalit went through. They have already arrested the person responsible, the financier Sanjeev Jain, and are continuing to look into the case for more details.

In another similar incident, The live suicide video on Facebook was filmed by the woman in which she accused her in-laws of severe harassment. She said, “My in-laws have troubled me a lot and I don’t want to live. My mother-in-law never allowed me to live a good life. Everyone must be wondering why I am ready now. I am doing all this because I have lost. A lot of accusations will be made against me. It is because my house has a law firm owned by Abhijit Ranjan. Ranjan has threatened me that he is sending the police. Now he will show me my status. He has contacts with big political leaders.”

Tragic Facebook Suicide Video

In another shocking incident, a woman filmed a live suicide video on Facebook, in which she accused her in-laws of severe harassment. She said, “My in-laws have caused me a lot of pain, and I don’t want to live anymore. My mother-in-law never let me live a peaceful life. People may wonder why I am doing this now. I am doing it because I feel like I have lost. Many accusations will be made against me. It’s because my house has a law firm owned by Abhijit Ranjan. Ranjan has threatened me, saying he will send the police. Now he will show me my place. He has connections with powerful political leaders.”
