Rape, video, rape victim

New Delhi: A 11-year-old student of Kendriya Vidyalaya was asked to remain silent by the teacher after she accused two of her seniors of raping her.

The girl alleged that she collided with two boys from 11-12th standards while she was going to her classes. The two accused started abusing even when she apologised. They pushed the girl to toilet where they sexually assaulted her.

However, when the victim told the horrific incident to the faculty, she was informed that the boys have been expelled and the “matter was allegedly hushed up.”

NCW Demands Strict Action

While intervening in the matter, the Delhi Commission for Woman (DCW) sought information of the teacher including a detailed report from the Delhi Police in the matter.

The women’s commission also mentioned that the crime was never referred to the Delhi Police. Owing to which, it has demanded strict action against the teacher who asked the victim to stay mum and not reporting it to the cops.
