Four members of a family died in a fire incident in Prem Nagar, Delhi, on Tuesday. A building in Prem Nagar caught fire in the early morning hours.
The fire broke out around 3:30 am. Two fire brigade vehicles arrived at the scene and extinguished the flames. Fire brigade officials rescued four individuals who were taken to the hospital, where doctors pronounced them dead.
According to sources, the fire likely started from the inverter, which then spread to the sofa on the first floor of the building, eventually consuming the entire floor. The deceased have been identified as Heera Singh (48), Neetu Singh (46), Robin (22), and Lakshya (21).
Officials stated that the exact cause of the fire is still being determined, and an investigation is ongoing.

In another fire incident, a woman and her two daughters were tragically killed, and three others were injured when a fire broke out at an under-construction house in Ghaziabad.

The blaze occurred in Defence Colony, within the Teela Mor police station area, on Sunday. It was triggered by an LPG cylinder leak while the woman was cooking.
Siddharth Gautam, ACP of Shalimar Garden, stated that Nathulal, the house owner, was constructing five rooms in the building with the help of Mukesh, who was living there with his family.
When the fire broke out, Nathulal and some local residents managed to extinguish the flames and rushed the injured to GTB Hospital, according to Gautam.
