Delhi Elections 2025: Meet BJP’s Richest Candidate With Rs…Crore Assets, ADR Report Reveals Wealth Disparity; Know Who He Is…

A report prepared by the Association for Democratic Reforms (ADR) revealed the financial status of 699 politicians contesting for Delhi elections. It revealed that Bharatiya Janata Party’s Karnail Singh, who is contesting from Shakur Basti, is the richest candidate in the election in 2025, followed by BJP’s Manjinder Singh Sirsa, Rajouri Garden contestant.

Rs 256.67 crore assets were declared by Karnail, while Rs 248.85 crore were declared by Majinder. The third richest candidate is Indian National Party’s Gurucharan Singh from Krishna Nagar constituency. He declared Rs 130.90 crore in assets.

BJP’s Parvesh Sahib Singh, a New Delhi candidate, has Rs 115.64 crore, and Aam Aadmi Party’s candidate A. Dhanwati Chandela declared Rs 100.90 crore. The report further revealed that BJP’s candidates have the highest wealth, followed by INC and AAP.

These candidates are Ashok Kumar (Independent, Ambedkar Nagar), who declared assets worth Rs 6,586; Anita (Independent, New Delhi), with assets worth Rs 9,500; and Bahujan Shoshit Samaj Sangharsh Samta Party’s Khilkhilakar, who declared assets worth Rs 10,000.

Three candidates—Rashtriya Republican Party’s (RRP) Shabana (Seelampur) and Mohinder Singh (Matiala), and Yogesh Kumar (Independent, Matiala))—have declared zero assets.
