The Election Commission of India (ECI) announced the poll dates for the upcoming Delhi Assembly Elections on January 7, 2025. The votes will be counted, and the results will be declared on February 8. Elections will also be held in other states across the country this year.
Voters can directly access election-related information from the ECI portals which offer a user-friendly interface allowing citizens to submit their forms with simple steps. Through the available portals and app, users can complete the entire process from login to registration within minutes.
In an X post, the Election Commission highlighted three applications designed for citizens to provide information related to polls. While cVIGIL app allows citizens to report any Model Code Of Conduct (MCC) violations directly to the EC, the other two portals/Apps Voter Helpline App, and Suvidha Portal cater to candidates participating in the elections.

Suvidha Portal is a web-based application that allows candidates and political parties to create a profile with their phone number and submit permission requests through online mode.
