The Delhi-Dehradun Expressway which a game changer for the commuters using the route. The total length of the expressway is 210 km. It converts the six-and-a-half-hour journey to just a two-and-a-half-hour journey. The estimated cost of the expressway is around Rs 13,000 crore.
The work on the first phase of the Delhi-Dehradun expressway has been completed. The 32-km distance will be covered in just 25 to 30 minutes. It starts from Akshardham Temple and goes to Baghpat, as reported by Navbharat Times.

Phases Of The Expressway:
The expressway will be constructed in Four stages.
In the first stage, it will cover a 32 kilometers route and will run from Akshardham to the EPE.
The second stage, which covers 118 kilometers, will run from EPE to the Saharanpur bypass.
The third stage, covering 40 kilometers, will connect Ganeshpur to the Saharanpur bypass.
The final stage, which covers 20 kilometers, will cover the rest portion of the expressway.
