New Delhi: The Rouse Avenue Court has reserved its decision on the bail plea of former Delhi Deputy CM and Aam Aadmi Party leader Manish Sisodia in the Delhi Excise Policy case.
Special CBI Judge MK Nagpal has fixed March 31 as the date for pronouncing the order. During the hearing today, the CBI presented brief arguments and judgment in the case as ordered by the court. The CBI also gave the details of the case diary during this period. ED arrested Manish Sisodia arrested by CBI in a money laundering case.
Former Delhi Chief Minister Manish Sisodia was sent to judicial custody for 14 days on March 22 by the Rouse Avenue Court in the liquor policy case. Sisodia will have to remain in Tihar Jail till April 5.

Earlier on Tuesday, the hearing in Manish Sisodia’s ED and CBI bail case was postponed. The CBI case will be heard on March 24 and the ED case on March 25. Court has also issued notice to ED.
