The ceremony organizers are working diligently to prepare Ramlila Maidan for the upcoming swearing-in event, while awaiting official news about the new Chief Minister of Delhi. After being out of power in Delhi for 27 years, the BJP has achieved a major win by returning to power and aims to host an impressive inauguration ceremony.
The oath-taking ceremony at Ramlila Maidan is scheduled for February 20. Prime Minister Narendra Modi, along with Union Ministers, Chief Ministers and Deputy Chief Ministers of NDA-ruled states, and other senior leaders, will be attending the ceremony, as reported by Jagran.
At 4:30 pm on February 20, the oath-taking ceremony for the Chief Minister and his six ministers will take place at Ramlila Maidan. The planning of the event is the responsibility of BJP National General Secretaries Vinod Tawde and Tarun Chugh.
The legislative party will convene on February 19th following the appointment of an observer by the national leadership. In the presence of the appointed observer, legislative party members will choose their leader. The state BJP president, together with all MPs and MLAs, will then approach Raj Niwas to present their claim to form the government before the Lieutenant Governor.
A swearing-in ceremony for both the Chief Minister and six ministers will take place at Ramlila Maidan, starting at 4:30 pm on February 20.
