CM Rekha Gupta on Monday prepared the ceremonial ‘Kheer’ ahead of the inaugural budget session in the Delhi Legislative Assembly. She extended gratitude to those involved in the budget-making process and said, “A big congratulations to all the leaders, ministers, MLAs, and people who gave their suggestions, as well as our leadership under which we have crafted this budget.”

Chief Minister Rekha Gupta will present Delhi’s budget of nearly Rs 80,000 crores. The theme of the budget has been set as 'Viksit Delhi'.
