Delhi government approves new 13-district revenue map, replacing the old 11-district structure

New Delhi: The Delhi Cabinet on Thursday approved a major plan to reorganise the National Capital’s revenue districts.

The city earlier had 11 districts, but now the government has restructured them into 13 new districts.

This change makes all revenue districts match the boundaries of the 12 MCD zones, plus the NDMC and Delhi Cantonment Board, so that different departments work within the same areas.
