A Twitter user, Advocate Sanyog Vyas, expressed frustration, saying, “If you can’t assist senior citizens traveling with a child, then claiming to be the best airport is pointless. I’m not getting any help here and feel helpless. Shame on your operations and team. Your helpline is useless. Just shut it down.”

Delhi Airport responded, “Dear Sanyog, we don’t want you to have this experience. Please send us more details about your concern, along with your contact number and flight information, via direct message so we can look into it.”

Another user, Sidharth Malik, said, “T3 terminal at Delhi airport is completely choked due to the power failure! No counters, no Digi Yatra, nothing is working. This is shocking.” Delhi Air Authorities replied, “Dear Siddharth, we don’t want our flyers to have such an experience. We’ve noted your feedback and shared it with the concerned team to address it.”
