Bhopal: Defense Minister Rajnath Singh will address the joint commander’s conference of the three wings of the armed forces today in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
Top commanders of the three forces, including CDS General Anil Chauhan, Army Chief General Manoj Pandey, Air Chief Marshal VR Chaudhary and Navy Chief Admiral R Hari Kumar, are participating in this conference that began on Thursday.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address the conference on Saturday. The theme of the conference is “Ready, Resurgent and Relevant”.

Given the current situation at the border, this conference is considered very crucial. During this, there will be a discussion on increasing coordination among the three forces under national security and taking forward the format of theatre command to work together in future. Together, the strategy of the forces in the event of war, self-reliance in defence matters and the defence ecosystem will be discussed.
