According to the data released by the Ministry of Health this morning (7 May 2023), 2380 new cases of corona infection were reported in the country in the last 24 hours and 15 deaths have been reported. At the same time, 5,188 people in the country were successful in defeating the Coronavirus. The number of active cases of coronavirus in the country has decreased from 30,041 to 30,041. In this way, a decrease of 2829 has been registered in the number of active cases in the last 24 hours.
With this, the total number of corona infected in the country has increased to 4 crores 49 lakh 69 thousand 630. While the number of people getting cured has increased to 4 crores 44 lakh 10 thousand 738. At the same time, a total of 5 lakh 31 thousand 674 people have died due to coronavirus infection in the country.

According to the Ministry's website, about 220.66 crore doses of anti-Covid-19 vaccines have been given so far under the nationwide vaccination campaign.
