Polling for the 90 seats in the Haryana Assembly concluded on October 5, and the results will be announced on October 8. Following the close of voting, exit polls are being watched closely for early indications of the potential outcome.
As per News 24 exit poll, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), aiming for a third consecutive term, is projected to win between 19 to 29 seats. The Indian National Congress (INC), attempting a comeback after a decade, is expected to secure between 44 to 54 seats.
Meanwhile, the INLD may claim 1 to 5 seats and JJP could secure between 0 to 1 seats collectively.

Out of the total 2,03,54,350 registered voters in the state, 1,07,75,957 are men, 95,77,926 are women, and 467 voters identify as third gender. Additionally, 5,24,514 voters are aged between 18-19 years, and there are 1,49,142 voters with disabilities – 93,545 males, 55,591 females, and 6 identifying as third gender.
Haryana Chief Electoral Officer Pankaj Agarwal also noted that 8,821 voters are above 100 years of age, including 3,283 men and 5,538 women. Furthermore, 2,31,093 electors are aged 85 years and above, with 89,940 being males and 1,41,153 females.
Although these figures provide an early outlook, exit polls are often speculative, and the final results on October 8 will determine whether BJP retains power or Congress stages a successful comeback.
