New Delhi: The Congress on Monday has released an anthem for its mass outreach programme ‘Bharat Jodo Yatra’ which includes many instances from the foot march during its journey so far.

The song has the title of ‘Ab Nahi To Kab’ asking questions like when will the nation unite if not now. The song said that the politics over religion, unemployment and inflation should end now.

In the few minutes song, the Congress appeals people to unite and come together to make the nation a better place.

The Bharat Jodo Yatra started on September 7 last year from Kanyakumari in Tamil Nadu which will end in Srinagar in Jammu and Kashmir. Beside Tamil Nadu, the yatra has covered several states including Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Rajasthan, Haryana and Madhya Pradesh.

On January 3, the Congress’ footmarch will resume after a 9-day long break in Delhi. On Tuesday, the yatra will start in Uttar Pradesh.

Congress leader Rahul Gandhi will begin the ‘padyatra’ from Hanuman Mandir in the Yamuna Bazar area tomorrow, said Delhi unit president Anil Chaudhary on Thursday.

“We inspected the routes from where the Bharat Jodo Yatra will resume on January 3. Rahul Gandhi along with other leaders will resume the yatra from Hanuman Mandir in the Yamuna Bazar area and head towards Loni in Ghaziabad,” the news agency PTI quoted Chaudhary.
