AIMIM Chief and Hyderabad MP Asaduddin Owaisi on Saturday advised Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah, stating it is a good opportunity for the government to "adopt Kashmiris" as the Centre continues to "confront Pakistan" over the nation's involvement in nurturing and fostering terrorism.

According to PTI, the Hyderabad MP said it is a historic opportunity for the government, and the prime minister and union home minister should use this opportunity properly. He said, “ You should definitely confront Pakistan, but you should also adopt Kashmiris."

When the leader was asked to clarify “adopting Kashmiris” " he said the people of Kashmir should get their rights and Kashmiri students should not be targeted in other parts of the country.
On being named as a member of the delegation visiting key partner countries to project India's continued fight against cross-border terrorism and Operation Sindoor, AIMIM Chief Asaduddin Owaisi said, "This is not about any party affiliation… We will have a more detailed meeting before leaving. This is an important task. I will try my best to fulfill this responsibility well."
Owaisi further shared information about the members of all-party delegation , saying, "As of now, I know that the group I belong to will be headed by my good friend Baijayant Jay Panda. I think this group will include Nishikant Dubey, Phangnon Konyak, Rekha Sharma, Satnam Singh Sandhu, and Ghulam Nabi Azad. The countries I think we'll be going to are the UK, France, Belgium, Germany, Italy, and Denmark."
