As mentioned by the X user the incident took place in Raigarh located in Chhattisgarh. After this the cow blocked the road so that the car cannot move from there.

According to Dainik Bhaskar, the car driver hit the calf and dragged it for about 200 meters.

According to media reports, on Saturday afternoon, a Calf was standing near the Station Chowk when a car hit it.
