New Delhi: A day after finding 2 charred bodies in a Mahindra Bolero SUV in Haryana’s Bhiwani district, the police have found possible links of the case with that of a missing complaint, which was filed in Rajasthan’s Bharatpur.
The missing complaint was filed on Wednesday in which, the families alleged that the a group of people abducted two men from Bharatpur on the suspicion of cow smuggling. The family alleged that the accused were the cow vigilantes asociated with the Bajrang Dal.
Nasir (25) and Junaid alias Juna (35), as per the missing complaint, were residents of Ghatmeeka village in Rajasthan’s Bharatpur district on Wednesday, which was just a day ago the charred bodies were found.
How Police Establish Links With Rajasthan’s Missing Complaint
Gaurav Srivastava, IG, Bharatpur Range informed that after the missing complaint was filed, they started looking for the victims to find out they were seen in a bolero car. The IG added that they were violently assaulted and kidnapped, according to the information they received.
He further added that the same bolero car was found in burnt condition in Loharu, Bhiwani district in Haryana. However, their identification would be done only after DNA analysis.
Junaid has five cases pertaining to cow smuggling against him, said the IG. The FIR has been filed against five men. An investigation has been launched to nab the culprits.
