New Delhi: The Centre on Tuesday designated Imtiyaz Ahmad Kandoo from Hizbul-Ul-Mujahideen as a terrorist under Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act.
He is accused of “radicalising and motivating youths to join terrorist ranks to carry out terror activities in the Kashmir Valley”.
