New Delhi: The Centre on Tuesday designated Imtiyaz Ahmad Kandoo from Hizbul-Ul-Mujahideen as a terrorist under Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act. New Delhi: The Centre on Tuesday designated Imtiyaz Ahmad Kandoo from Hizbul-Ul-Mujahideen as a terrorist under Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act.
