No Ceasefire Violation in Poonch, Clarifies Indian Army Amid Social Media Buzz

The Indian Army has stated that there has been no ceasefire along the Line of Control.

A slew of social media posts have recently reported that there was a ceasefire violation along the LoC at Mankot in the Poonch area of Jammu and Kashmir. The reports further claimed that the Indian Army retaliated effectively.

However, the Indian Army has refuted these claims, stating that there have been no ceasefire violations along the length of the LoC.

“There have been some media and social media reports regarding ceasefire violations in the Poonch region. It is clarified that there has been no ceasefire violation along the Line of Control,” the Indian Army stated.
