‘Can You Show Even One Picture of Damage to India?’: Ajit Doval Lashes Out At Pakistan, Foreign Media After ‘Operation Sindoor’ Strikes

Ajit Doval said that completely indigenous technology was used in this operation, which the country is proud of.

National Security Advisor Ajit Doval said on Friday that under “Operation Sindoor”, India carried out precise strikes on nine terrorist bases in Pakistan and did not miss a single target. He said the operation was an example of indigenous technology, which the country is proud of. The Indian Army efficiently neutralized the threat coming from across the border.

According to Doval, the military action against Pakistan was launched in response to the terrorist attack in Pahalgam on April 22, in which Pakistan-trained terrorists killed 26 innocent civilians. He said that India had prior information on the terrorists’ whereabouts in Pakistan, and it acted based on the accurate information. This operation, which started after 1 am on May 7, was successfully accomplished in just 23 minutes.

Speaking at the 62nd convocation of IIT Madras, Doval rejected Pakistan’s claims and said, “Can you show even one picture in which India has suffered any damage? Even a glass has broken?” He also said India’s action was so precise that all the targets were hit swiftly.

He also targeted the foreign media, which was publishing news in favour of Pakistan. “The foreign press kept saying that Pakistan did this, did that… but is there even one picture that confirms the damage done to India?” Times Now quoted Ajit Doval as saying.

He also said that satellite images released by the foreign media showed the condition of 13 Pakistani airbases – such as Sargodha, Rahim Yar Khan, and Chaklala – before and after May 10. Doval said that these pictures indicate that India is capable of causing damage to Pakistan.

During Operation Sindoor, India destroyed nine terrorist camps located in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK) on the morning of May 7, killing more than 100 terrorists.

In response, Pakistan carried out drone and rocket attacks, but India successfully neutralized them. After this, there were attacks and counter-attacks between the two countries for four days with missiles and long-range weapons. Finally, on May 10, an agreement was reached between the two sides and military action was stopped.
