The government have given approval to many projects in 2024. These projects have brought several changes to India. Due to these key decisions the the company has seen a growth in various fields.
With the start of January 2024, the cabinet gave approval to the scheme for the promotion of coal, Lignite Gasification Projects of Government PSUs and the private sector. The will give financial aid of Rs 8,500 crore to coal gasification projects. Under this comes three categories with different assistance amount.
The cabinet approved Ayodhya Airport as International Airport. It also renamed the airport. The new name of the airport given was, ““Maharishi Valmiki International Airport, Ayodhyadham.”
In January came another approval to a project named, ‘PRITHVI’. This scheme helped the scientists and promoted the science in the country. One of the objective of the project was to explore polar and high seas region of Earth. Apart from this the job is to predict the weather, climate hazards and oceans.
In February 2024, the government approved the PM-Surya Ghar scheme. It provides free electricity upto 300 units.
In the Month of June in 2024, the Cabinet gave clearance for the development of Lal Bahadur Shashtri International Airport in Varanasi.
Similarly, the cabinet took another major decisions to build the 3 crore rural and urban houses under the PM Awas scheme.
One of the major decisions taken by cabinet in 2024 was ‘Mission to Venus‘. This is the major development in the field of science and a good news for the scientists. Not only this the Union Cabinet had approved the Gaganyaan Mission and the building of Bharatiya Antariksh Station in September 2024.
In December, 2024, the cabinet gave clearance to the development of the Rithala-Narela-Nathupur corridor in Delhi. This will enhance connectivity in these regions of Delhi.
