Drone Recovered in Punjab: The Border Security Force and Punjab police on Monday have recovered a made in china drone alongside the international border of India and Pakistan in Fazilka district of Punjab.
As per BSF, This is the second time recovery of a drone along border areas in the past 24 hours. Acting on an intel input, teams of BSF and Punjab police initiated a search operation in Hasta kalan Village area in Fazilka at around 9:30 am, A DJI matrice 300 RTK have been recovered in an open area in the village, A BSF official said.
Apart from recovery of a drone in Fazilka district, Punjab Police in coordination with Border Security force recovered a drone with 2.730 kg heroin in Chaniake village in Gurdaspur district.
The cross border Trafficking of heroines and other narcotics from Pakistan with help of drones have become a headache for BSF and Punjab Police.
