Uttarakhand: Haridwar SP Abhay Singh says, "In Haridwar's Ranipur police station area, a woman was tied to a pole and beaten by locals, and a video of the incident has gone viral on social media. The woman's family has filed a complaint at the Ranipur police station, and a case has been registered. Based on the viral video, the police have registered a case and launched an investigation... Four people have been taken into custody for questioning. Action will be taken against anyone found to be involved.
