Red Fort Blast Connection

The investigation into this terror module has led to a major breakthrough. During a joint operation across Jammu and Kashmir, Haryana, and Uttar Pradesh, police seized nearly 2,900 kilograms of explosives in Faridabad. Authorities believe the terror module is linked to the car bomb explosion that occurred near the Red Fort in Delhi.

On Monday evening, a Hyundai i20 car was detonated near the Red Fort, killing 13 people and critically injuring over 20 others. Investigations have revealed that the three previously arrested suspects, all doctors Dr. Umar Nabi, Dr. Muzammil Ganai, and Dr. Shaheen Shahid used a Switzerland-based encrypted messaging app to coordinate the planning of the attack.

As the investigation continues, authorities are working to piece together the connections between the suspects and the terrorist activities in the region.
