Three schools in Delhi, namely DPC in Dwarka, Mother Mary School in Mayur Vihar, and Sanskriti School in New Delhi, have received threatening emails claiming that bombs (Bomb Threat Emails) have been planted on their premises.
The high profile DPS school in Dwarka received a bomb threat, leading to the fire department being notified at six in the morning. Subsequently, the Delhi Police, bomb disposal squad, and fire engines arrived at the location, conducting a thorough search of the entire school premises.
A threatening email was also received by Mother Mary School in Mayur Vihar, East Delhi, prompting the evacuation and search of the entire school. Similarly, Sanskriti School in New Delhi received a similar threat via email, leading to the evacuation of the entire school following the bomb threat.
Various Schools In Delhi-NCR Get Bomb Threat Mails
DPS School in Vasant Kunj and DAV School in the South West district have also received similar threatening emails. At 4:30 am on Wednesday, someone sent a threatening email to Amity School in Pushp Vihar, stating that a bomb had been planted on the school premises.
According to sources within the Delhi Police, numerous schools in Delhi received bomb threat emails on Wednesday morning. The email’s IP address indicates that it was sent from outside the country. An investigation into the matter is currently underway.
Sources report that according to the Delhi Police, the initial investigation suggests that emails have been received from multiple locations since yesterday. The emails do not have a specific timestamp and have been sent to various locations.
