Indigo Flight Services faced an alarming situation after receiving a bomb threat at the Mumbai Airport on May 7. A flight en-route from Chandigarh To Mumbai received a Bomb Threat reported by police on Wednesday. According to the official statement by police, the bomb threat was made via a phone call to Sahar airport’s Hotline. The call warned the airline about a tactical bomb that had been placed on the aircraft.
After the bomb threat the flight was safely landed at Mumbai’s Airport late last night, and authorities conducted thorough analysis and checks of the flight. The police reported after the checks that nothing suspicious was found on the aircraft during the check. further details are still awaited.
