Union Home Minister Amit Shah fiercely attacked Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge over the latter’s remark that Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and Bhartiya Rashtra Samithi (BRS) would unite after the elections. The BJP leader said, ” I want to say that BJP will never unite with KCR and Asaduddin Owaisi, but will fight against them.”
Amit Shah said – We cannot even sit on the same stage with him, leave aside the matter of going to form a government together. Union Home Minister Amit Shah further said- “Car is the election symbol of KCR’s party. That car goes to Bhadrachalam, but it does not go to Ram Mandir because the steering of that car is in the hands of Asaduddin Owaisi.
Congress 4G Party
Taking on Congress, the BJP leader said Congress is a 4G party, Which means – the party of four generations – Jawaharlal Nehru, Indira Gandhi, Rajiv Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi. Whereas BRS is a 2G party which means two generations. KCR and later KTR, but this time neither 2G nor 4G will win as this is the time for BJP to come to power in Telangana, said Ami Shah
Kharge’s statement
Earlier, Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge while addressing a rally said, “We 26 parties are ready to oust the BJP government led by PM Modi at the Centre, but KCR never attended any meeting. He never said that we will come together to remove BJP from the center.”
