The Meeting will be held in Ashok Hotel in Delhi. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be present at the meeting.
After being annexed by NDA after his father and Veteral Dalit leader Rambilas Paswan died, the BJP-led alliance is now inviting Chirag Paswan to join the meeting.
Earlier, Chirag met Union Minister Nityanand Rai twice in a week which created the buzz around him joining NDA again. In the 2020, Bihar Assembly election he distanced himself from NDA to fight against Nitish Kumar’s Janta Dal United (JDU).
Regain the vote bank
After the demise of his father Rambilas Paswan his uncle Pasupati Paras, who is a Union Minister in the current NDA government, claimed and later took over LJP allegedly with BJP’s help.
Having been thrown out of Party that his father had established in 2000, Chirag created his own faction LJP (Rambilas) and outreached his father’s loyal vote Bank in last 3 years.
Last week he hold a meeting with party officials to discuss the decision to join the alliance. Later, the party announced that it has entitled Chirag to take a call on to join an alliance.
