Lok Sabha elections: Assam legislative Deputy Speaker, Dr Numal Momin on Thursday reacted on political chaos in Maharashtra and said that the BJP-led NDA will sweep Lok Sabha election 2024, winning over 400 seats under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
He also said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the BJP is moving ahead to form the government at the Center for the third time in a row.
Dr. Numal Momin, Deputy Speaker of the Legislative Assembly in Assam, made this claim in a conversation with news agency ANI. Momin said that under the dynamic leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the BJP-led NDA will win more than 400 seats. People want development and they trust the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
On the break-up of the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) and induction of Ajit Pawar and eight other NCP MLAs into the Maharashtra government, Momin said this development would give more strength to the NDA in the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.
Meeting in Guwahati
The BJP has decided to prepare its roadmap and action plan, focusing on Bihar, Jharkhand, Odisha besides the northeastern and eastern states of West Bengal, Arunachal Pradesh, Sikkim, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Meghalaya, Tripura and Assam. Meeting in Guwahati.
The meeting was attended by BJP national general secretary BL Santosh, state unit presidents, state in-charges and other top functionaries and leaders. During the meeting, the BJP reviewed the overall progress of the states and planned a region-wise strategy for the upcoming elections.
The BJP is preparing ahead of the 2024 Lok Sabha polls, along with assembly elections in five states – Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh, Telangana and Mizoram – later this year.
