PM Modi’s Birthday: Prime Minister Narendra Modi turned 74 years old today, continuing his long run in public service.
PM Modi’s birthday usually passes with little fanfare and according to schedule work. But it marks the start of the “Seva Parv.” The fortnight event is organized each year by the Bharatiya Janata Party, or BJP, to celebrate his insatiable quest for public welfare and striving for humanity.
PM Modi To Inaugurate More Awas Yojana Houses
On his 74th birthday, PM will inaugurate 26 lakh Awas Yojana houses in Bhubaneswar.
The Bhubaneswar Police Commissioner Sanjeev Panda said that when PM Modi reaches Bhubaneswar airport, he will first go to the Gadakana slum area which lies near Sainik School.
In the course of his visit, the Prime Minister would meet some beneficiaries of PM Awas Yojana. In this manner, he would reinforce his commitment to housing affordable facilities for his government and for dwelling in such unprivileged communities.
After his visit, he would be moving to Janata Maidan to formalize the Subhadra Yojana. This will provide Rs 10,000 a year to more than one crore poor women to be divided into two halves annually for five years.
