Within ten days in Bihar, Nitish Kumar has reversed two decisions of BPSC regarding the preliminary examination of Bihar Public Service Commission on the demand of the students. After this, Chief Minister Nitish immediately took cognizance of the BPSC matter and called from the Chief Secretary to the BPSC Chairman. After the meeting with the BPSC Chairman, now the BPSC PT exam will be held in one shift instead of two.
BPSC has released the date of PT exam on 21st September. The youth again expressed their displeasure. Nitish Kumar was on a visit to Delhi, where he met the heads of many parties. Some candidates preparing for both UPSC and BPSC met Nitish Kumar, who went on a Delhi tour, and said that September 21 is the main exam of UPSC while BPSC has kept the date for the preliminary exam. The students said that due to the date, those who want to give both will have to skip an exam.
Nitish Kumar assured the students who came to meet him that the government would seriously consider it. Nitish reached Patna on Thursday and on Friday afternoon the decision to change the date of BPSC PT exam from September 21 to 30 came.
