Bihar: A woman from Bihar has caught the limelight for leaving her husband and marrying a loan recovery agent who frequently visited her home. The woman was reportedly in an abusive marriage with her alcoholic husband. The woman, identified as Indra Kumari, was married to Nakul Sharma in 2022. But her marriage wasn’t a happy one as she faced physical and emotional abuse in the relationship.
According to reports, Indra had grown frustrated with her husband’s alcoholism and inappropriate behavior over the years. She wanted to get out of the toxic cycle and end her relationship with Nakul.
How Did The Love Bloom?
During her difficult time, she met a loan recovery agent of a financial company, identified as Pawan Kumar Yadav. Their initial interaction was professional and related to just loan repayment. But as the time passed, two of them bonded and became friends. The friendship soon developed into love.
Indra and Pawan came into relationship and kept it hidden for five months. However, on February 4, the couple took flight and reached West Bengal’s Asansol. They remained in Asansol for a few days before returning to Jamui in Bihar. Notably, Indra’s aunt resides in Asansol.
They tied the knot with traditional Hindu rituals at a temple on February 11. The wedding ceremony was attended by several people. A video of the ceremony surfaced online and went viral.
FIR Against Pawan
While their marriage went smooth, it encountered problem when Indra’s family opposed it and filed FIR against Pawan. It was found that Pawan’s family has accepted the marriage.
As the matter turned serious with FIR, Indra stated that she married him out of her own free will. The couple has sought protection from the authorities.
