Bihar Police on Tuesday said that a 70 years old man sexually assaulted a minor girl in a village in the Marka area.
The man was identified as a Bihari who allegedly tied the hands and legs of a 16-year-old girl and raped her.

A complaint has been filed by the grandfather of a girl, alleging that an incident of rape occurred on Monday. The girl had gone to her neighbour, Janak, also known as Krishna Bihari, to ask for some milk. Upon her arrival, she found him alone.
According to Acting SHO Ramesh Kumar of the Marka area, Bihari fled the scene after sexually assaulting the girl. Her screams for help alerted neighbours, who subsequently discovered her.

Police have registered a case against Bihari under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act. Law enforcement authorities are actively searching for him.
