Manthan 2025: Ahead of the assembly elections in Bihar, News 24’s Manthan 2025 has begun in Patna, the state capital. Jan Suraaj party founder Prashant Kishore was the first to take the stage in the opening session. In a conversation with News 24’s Executive Editor Rajiv Ranjan, Kishore spoke openly about the Bihar elections. He stated that surveys show he is getting only 3 out of 10 Yadav voters.
Kishore clarified, “We’re just saying that this means 30 per cent of Tejashwi Yadav’s votes are going to us.”

When Rajiv Ranjan asked Kishore about claims that he is a Pandey, he said these were made by self-proclaimed journalists and experts in Delhi. “No one can intimidate us with caste, nor can anyone stop us from holding elections,” he added.
