Bihar: CBI team attacked at RJD leader’s home in Patna

CBI Raid in Bihar: Today is the day of CBI raids in Bihar. The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has raided the places of many leaders close to Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) President Lalu Prasad Yadav. Teams from the Enforcement Directorate (ED) and Income Tax Department are also involved in these raids.

Generally, CBI raids create fear among the accused. But, the opposite situation arose in Patna, the capital of Bihar. Here the CBI itself had to be locked inside the door.


Slogans against CBI

After raiding the residence of RJD MLC Sunil Singh in Patna, the CBI team had to face adverse situation. When the CBI officers engaged in raids since morning completed their action, they had to struggle a lot to return. In fact, RJD supporters stood at Sunil Singh’s residence, blocking the way for CBI. During this, slogans were raised fiercely against the central agency.


People kept threatening to kill CBI officers

After raiding Sunil Singh’s house, CBI officials wanted to leave. But the supporters at the door are not allowing him to leave. RJD workers and supporters started raising slogans of ‘Maro-Maro’ and ‘CBI go back’. Let us tell you that the help of Central Paramilitary Force CRPF was taken in the CBI raid.


Sunil Singh is very close to Lalu Yadav

Sunil Singh is the Legislative Councilor as well as the President of Biscomaun. He is the National Treasurer of RJD. Along with Lalu Prasad Yadav, Rabri Devi and Tejashwi Yadav are also very close. Rabri Devi considers him as her brother. Raids are going on at his residence since Wednesday morning.
