Bihar Assembly Elections 2025: Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) on Monday released its list of 40 star campaigners for the Bihar Assembly Elections 2025. The party has named party Convenor Arvind Kejriwal, Punjab CM Bhagwant Maan, among the heavyweights. The list also features prominent AAP leaders Manish Sisodia, Sanjay Singh, Sandeep Pathak, Satyendar Jain, former Delhi CM Atishi, AAP Delhi President Saurabh Bhardwaj, AAP Punjab President, Minister Aman Arora, and former Delhi ministers Gopal Rai and Imran Hussain as key campaigners.
It also brings back people who were out of the political limelight for a while, and the ones who haven’t received a ticket to contest elections. The last date to file nominations for the Bihar election’s second phase and the final date to withdraw nominations for the first phase is October 20.

AAP Announced Fourth List Of Candidates For Bihar Elections
The party has also announced the fourth list of candidates today (October 20, 2025), on the occasion of Diwali. These prominent names include Kumar Kunal in Madhuban constituency, Brij Bhushan (Navin) in Sapaul, and Anil Kumar in Gaya Town. With the fourth list, the AAP has declared candidates to fight for 132 seats in Bihar. Earlier, on October 18, the Aam Aadmi Party released the third list of 50 candidates to contest the Bihar polls. The party is contesting the state elections independently of an alliance.

Bihar Assembly Elections 2025 Schedule
Bihar will go to the polls on November 6 and 11, in a marathon two-phase exercise to elect members of the 243-seat Assembly. The counting of votes will be held on November 14. Chief Election Commission (CEC) Gyanesh Kumar announced the poll schedule for the Bihar elections on October 6, 2025.
In the first phase, 121 seats will go to the polls on November 6. While the date of issue of the notification is October 10, the last date to file nomination is October 17, and the final date of withdrawal of candidature is October 20.
In the second phase, 122 seats will go to the polls on November 11. The date of issue of the notification is October 13, the last date to file nomination is October 20, and that of withdrawal of candidature is October 23.
