The Amrapali which is being constructed after the Supreme Court handed over the responsibility of completing the project to NBCC, a list of the Amrapali homebuyers has been released consisting of names whose allotments have been cancelled.
The allotment of the individuals registered on the customer portal have been cancelled as they failed to complete the payment for their flats held in UCO Bank.

The list comprises of the homebuyers from projects including Adarsh Awas Yojana, Centurion Park Terrace Homes, Dream Valley-2, Enchant, Golf Homes, Kingswood, Leisure Park, Leisure Valley, O-2 Valley, River View, and Verona Heights in Greater Noida.
Additionally, names of buyers from several projects in Noida like Crystal Homes, Heart Beat City Phase-1, Heart Beat City Phase-2, Platinum, Princely Estate, Sapphire-II, and Silicon City-2 are also listed. Since July 2019, the responsibility for completing Amrapali’s projects has been entrusted to NBCC under the Court Receiver.
While 38 thousand flats were to be readied within three years, unforeseen challenges such as the COVID-19 pandemic and delayed funding resulted in only 16 thousand flats being prepared over four and a half years. In the past four and a half years, NBCC has readied 16 thousand flats, of which only 6 thousand have been handed over to the court receiver. The remaining 10 thousand flats, despite being ready, have not been handed over.
Homebuyers are frustrated with the prolonged decision-making process, particularly in disputed cases where there is no set deadline for resolution. Coordination issues between teams have hindered document verification, causing further delays. Homebuyers facing dual allotment issues are particularly distressed, with some individuals visiting the court receiver’s office numerous times without any resolution in sight.
